Bellevue, Ky "Art in the Park" Sat. Sept. 11, 2010
Strolling through "Art in the Park" at Bellevue, Kentucky's Bellevue Beach Park was wonderful. My friend and talented photographer, Connie Sanders of http://www.consanphotos.com/ was exhibiting her work. I had scheduled this as one of my "Art, Music, Theater" Meetup events.
I was able to park right alongside Bellevue Beach Park (with a Port-a-let within 15 feet of my car - convenient). For lunch, there was a tasty selection of food offered by the Bellevue Culinary Arts Cafe.
I chose Bellevue Bistro's BB Ribs and Roosevelt Salad which = $5.00. Delicious!
There was plenty of room to sit at a square metal picnic bench. One of the artist's friends was sitting there, too, so we visited and talked about art shows and her friend's wonderful tiles. Wish I had bought one!
Then, I strolled through the various booths and finally found a lady with a program with the booth numbers of the exhibitors. I visited with Connie and bought a few cards. I then strolled down along the river, took some pictures which I am sharing here with you.
Loved the Bulldog Art by the Bellvue Police Dept. mascot. He is a very good artist! Would like to know his name!
